Introduction

TonoLab is an online service to manage your salon (appointments, POS, services, clients and formulas). These terms describe the rights and obligations of the user and the service provider.

By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. We may update them and publish changes on this page.

1. Account conditions

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• You must provide a valid email and the information needed to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2. Plans and limits

TonoLab offers subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan limits are shown in the pricing section.

If you exceed your plan limits, some features may be restricted until you upgrade.

3. Payments

• Paid plans may require a valid payment method. Free plan does not.
• Charges are recurring based on your plan and billing cycle.
• Unless stated otherwise, billed amounts are non-refundable.

4. Changes

We may modify or suspend the service or update prices and plans. Changes will be communicated through the platform.

5. Cancellation

You may request account cancellation. After cancellation, access will be disabled and data may be deleted or anonymized over time, subject to legal obligations.

6. Intellectual property

TonoLab owns the intellectual property rights of the software, design and interfaces. You agree not to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or distribute the service without authorization.

7. Acceptable use

• You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
• Malicious content, spam or illegal activities are prohibited.
