TonoLab Analytics comes from your appointments and your sales: there is nothing to fill in. You choose the period and the numbers are there. These are the ones that change decisions.
- Revenue per day or per week: it tells you which days fill up and which ones need a push with a promotion.
- Average receipt: if it goes up, you are selling better; if it goes down with a full calendar, you are working more for less.
- Top-selling services and revenue by category: where the business really is, which is not always where you think.
- Performance by professional: to share out the calendar and spot who needs training or has too many gaps.
- Appointment status: how many are completed and how many are cancelled. If cancellations go up, review your reminders and cancellation notice period.

A number on its own tells you nothing. The screen compares with the previous period so you can see whether you are up or down.
Book an appointment with yourself in the calendar on the first Monday of every month: fifteen minutes of analytics are worth more than a year of gut feeling.
