The client base is a salon's most valuable asset. Before putting it into any software, you need to know where it ends up and how to get it out.
Where it is
In your salon's account, on the platform's server. You sign in with your e-mail and password from any device, and when you sign out nothing from the salon is left in that browser.
Export and import
In Settings › Data, “Export” downloads a file with everything. “Import” restores a backup and replaces the current data. You can export whenever you like, including before you cancel.
Access
- Change your e-mail or password in Settings › Access.
- Generate a recovery code and keep it outside the salon.
- If you forget your password, tap “I've forgotten my password” on the sign-in screen.
The exported file contains your clients' personal data. Keep it somewhere safe and do not send it by messaging apps.
