Reviews drive decisions, and that is exactly why they get faked. A rating anyone can leave says little; one that only a real client can leave says a lot.
How it is verified
To write a review you need a client account and to have been to the salon. An approved review is published on your public page, with its rating, and counts towards the average score you show in the directory.
How to get more
- Encourage online booking: anyone who books with their account can leave a review afterwards.
- Ask at the best moment, in front of the mirror, not a week later.
- Respond naturally when someone mentions a review to you in person; people notice.
The directory can be filtered by minimum rating. A few good reviews get you into searches you didn't appear in before.
