A package is the simplest loyalty tool there is: the client pays today for several sessions at a better price and you make sure they come back. The problem has always been keeping count on a piece of card. Here the count keeps itself.
Create a package type
In “Packages & loyalty” you set up the package: which service it applies to, how many sessions it includes, its price and its validity.
Selling it and using it
- It is sold from Packages & loyalty or from the POS, to a client with a record.
- To use a session, tap “Use session” on the package, or tick “Use package” on the service line when charging.
- At all times you can see how many sessions are left and when it expires.
- When a package is close to expiring, it shows up in the notifications.
Which packages work best
- Repeat services: blow-dries, treatments, manicures, beards.
- Packs of 5 or 10 sessions with one session free, better than discounts that are hard to work out.
- A generous validity period, but with an end: without a date, the package is forgotten.

- A points scheme that adds up by itself when you charge
Decide how many points each euro earns and how much each point is worth. The POS adds them up and redeems them as a discount on the same receipt.
